Returns & Refunds
1. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please email our customer support team with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
2. What if I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address?
If you sent your order to the wrong address, we can only reship the items if the package is returned to sender by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier to attempt a reroute or delivery forwarding. If the package returns to us, we’ll reship it to the correct address.
3. What if my package is missing items or contains incorrect products?
Contact our support team as soon as possible and provide your order number and details of the missing or incorrect items. We will promptly reship the correct products free of charge.
4. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products and for safety/regulatory reasons, Peptideum Labs cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect orders.
5. Do you issue refunds?
